Why am I seeing an "ACCESS DENIED" screen?

If you log into a members area and get a screen that says "Access Denied", you have inputted your username and or password incorrectly. Please make sure the following two conditions:

Make sure you are entering your username and password under the following criteria: lower-case letters, no spaces, no punctuation and no leading zeros. If you have already been given an ACCESS DENIED message, you may need to quit/close out of the web browser/application you use to connect to the internet completely, then try again.
Are you sure your subscription is still active? Your expiration date is listed on the mailing label on your newspaper. If this date has passed, your subscription may have expired.
