Dinsmore & Shohl makes $100,000 donation

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP is marking its 100th anniversary this year with a $100,000 contribution and volunteer commitment to nine Big Brothers Big Sisters affiliates in Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia and Pennsylvania.

According to the law firm, Dinsmore & Shohl attorneys throughout the region regularly volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters affiliates.



Hess named to medical specialties board

Thomas W. Hess, managing partner of the Columbus office of Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs LLP, recently was appointed to a three-year term on the American Board of Medical Specialties Committee on Oversight and Monitoring of Maintenance of Certification.

One of 15 members of the current ABMS committee, Hess joined Buckingham in 1988 and was one of the founding members of the Columbus office, which was established in May 1989.
