Butler elected
to CWS team
David Butler recently was elected to the management team of Chester Wilcox & Saxbe LLP. Chair of the CWS Litigation Practice, Butler is a business trial lawyer with experience several legal matters, including contract disputes, business torts, trademark and trade law, and civil rights laws.
Law firm relocates
The law firm of Agee Clymer Mitchell & Laret recently relocated its offices to 226 N. Fifth St. in Columbus. The firm practices in the fields of workers' compensation, social security disability, social security income and long term disability.
Marotta to serve
on national board
Robert Marotta, an attorney with Kegler, Brown, Hill & Ritter, who serves as senior vice president and chief regulatory counsel for WebMD, recently was elected chairman of the eHealth Initiative board of directors. Marotta has served in an of-counsel role to Kegler Brown since 1985, and has been active with the American Health Lawyers Association, the American Pharmaceutical Association and the American Society for Pharmacy Law.
Mebane joins
Thompson Hine
Terrance Mebane has joined Thompson Hine LLP. He previously worked for the firm as a law clerk, and now joins the firm's business litigation practice group. Mebane is a graduate of The Ohio State University and OSU's Moritz College of Law.
