Elford announces promotions, new hire

Elford Inc. has promoted Jeff Engram to project executive, Scott Gillespie to project manager, Andy Schalitz to senior assistant project manager and Jeff Endslow to assistant estimator. Elford also hired Evan Gardiner as an assistant project manager.

Elford provides professional construction management, general contracting, design build, and service and small project services for health-care, elder care, industrial/manufacturing, education, corporate office and retail facilities.
