Weiler Co. names new executive

G. Franklin Hinkle II has been promoted to executive vice president of The Robert Weiler Co. in Columbus. Hinkle joined the company in 2005 as an appraiser specializing in complex real estate valuations for eminent domain, ad valorem tax and special purpose matters for court testimony.
